1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how We Haul Cargo LLC, DBA AllSector Advisory, handles personal data through allsectoradvisory.com, related email inquiries, and ordinary business communications. A separate contract or government requirement may require additional privacy or security terms.
2. Information we collect
We may collect: (a) contact and business information you voluntarily provide, such as name, email, phone, organization, title, and inquiry details; (b) procurement and service information, such as solicitation references, routes, schedules, item profiles, and requested capabilities; (c) technical information generated by hosting, security, and server systems, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, referring pages, requested pages, and security events; and (d) communications and records necessary to respond, document decisions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Please do not send sensitive regulated information through ordinary email or the Site.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; assess capability and opportunity fit; communicate about services, teaming, and procurement; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; maintain business and compliance records; prevent misuse or fraud; protect legal rights; and comply with contracts, court orders, and applicable law.
4. Cookies and similar technology
The Site and its WordPress, hosting, security, and performance components may use cookies or similar technical storage for functions such as administration, security, preferences, session integrity, traffic management, and performance. We do not knowingly use the Site to sell personal data or conduct cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, although doing so can affect functionality.
5. How information is disclosed

We do not knowingly sell personal data. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including inquiry history, contract and procurement records, tax and accounting duties, dispute management, security, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and obligation.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No online transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Report suspected security issues to the email below; do not include exploit code or sensitive data in the initial message.
7. Texas privacy requests
Depending on the law and our status under it, Texas residents may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. To submit a request or appeal a decision, email ray@allsectoradvisory.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe the request. We may reasonably verify identity and authority before acting. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
If an appeal is denied and applicable law grants a further remedy, we will provide information about contacting the Texas Attorney General.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business and government audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child provided such data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. External sites and public records
Third-party sites have their own privacy practices. Information sent to a government body may be subject to public-records, records-retention, procurement, audit, or disclosure laws. Do not assume that information included in a government submission will remain confidential; follow the solicitation and applicable marking procedures.
